How to heal and naturally tune into a growth mindset through Mind-Body Integration

We understand life can sometimes get hard on us, making us feel down, and getting stuck in old decisions in relationships or careers. Or maybe you are just anxious to take that first big step in your life and live at your full potential. Then come join us!! 

We provide a safe space where you will have the opportunity to unfold your old self and create new perspectives to make better decisions. We aim to gently push you to overcome your fear and provide ground for rapid change and commit to a big difference in life.

We will share with you how sometimes decision-making can be so hard as we all are neuro-biologically wired into fears and to step out of those fears we need help to create fresh perspectives and build mental strength

The workshop covers theoretical and experiential exercises which you can use in your daily practices:
1. 
Inner-work: Learning to sit in discomfort and finding solutions 
2. 
Relationship work: Finding solutions during conflicted relationships with your partners, parents or children
3. 
Identity work: Discovering your passion and purpose in life and integrating it in your current life  
4. 
Somatic movement and body symptoms: Learning to focus on the internal experience of the movement rather external experience

This is a Mind-body (Psycho-somatic) workshop and all the learnings will essentially integrate together to create holistic solutions for your well-being. 

In three weeks, we will be meeting for Four hours each week and covering the following Six topics:

Topic 1: Deep identity work and flow 
Topic 2: Mindfulness Awareness 
Topic 3: Nervous System and overcoming Trauma
Topic 4: Relationship work 
Topic 5: Somatic movement and body symptoms 
Topic 6: Integration 

This is an intensive workshop but we have kept plenty of time for Question and Answer towards the end of the sessions to help integrate your work.

Who should attend this workshop?
All seekers who are on the journey to figure out their shit must attend this workshop :) especially if you have been dreaming a lot lately!!
Do I need any previous experience of meditation?
No. We will start from the beginner level.
Is this a mental health workshop?
Yes, a big portion includes mental health work but our aim is to stay gentle and focus on finding solutions present within you, rather than digging deep into old traumas.
Am I expected to make big body movements?
No. The focus is not on creating big body movements but on allowing your emotions and feelings to be expressed through body movements. Its actually fun and profound :)
What will I learn from this workshop?
The entire focus is on finding solutions to your personal challenges and passions through fun and sharing. Staying gentle and connected to your inner-self will be a constant reminder.
